profine welcomes 70 new trainees
70 new apprentices have started their training at profine GmbH on September 1st, 2023. 49 of them started in Pirmasens and 21 in Berlin. A new record for the company.
The system provider of the KBE, Kömmerling and Trocal brands now trains a total of 174 young men and women, with a total of 124 young professionals working at its largest site in Pirmasens.
With this high training rate of around ten percent, profine is pursuing the goal of recruiting qualified new employees from within its own ranks.
The new trainees are spread over 14 different occupations - from traditional technical and commercial careers to logistics and IT professions. Likewise, some new entrants at profine start a dual degree course with the aim of obtaining a bachelor's degree.
